- Real Estate Listings
The property listings on our Services are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of listings, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying the details of any property of interest.
- For Agents
Agents affiliated with MOD Realty LLC are required to:
- Abide by local, state, and federal real estate laws
- Maintain valid licensing and provide documentation upon request
- Uphold professional standards when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Use company-provided resources solely for conducting business
- Commission and Compensation
Commission structures for agents are outlined in your agent agreement. Disputes regarding compensation must be submitted in writing.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services without prior notice for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, agents must return all company property and cease representing themselves as affiliated with our company.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
